Out coaching is available via telephone, Skype or in person.
At the start, the emphasis in sessions is on clarifying the areas of your life you would like to change, as well identifying your hopes and goals for the future. Once that is clear, the focus is on developing and acting on a plan to help you move forward with your life.
Sessions are confidential, and take the form of a collaborative partnership.
Prior to commencing your coaching sessions, you will receive a written ‘contract’ which will set out the nature of the coaching you are committing to and also address issues related to confidentiality, payment. as well as the number and frequency of sessions, which can be extended if required.
