In this respect, life coaching is different from psychological therapy , which is more concerned with helping people to address distressing emotional and psychological problems.

At the start, the emphasis in sessions is on clarifying the areas of your life you would like to change, as well identifying your hopes and goals for the future. Once that is clear, the focus is on developing and acting on a plan to help you move forward with your life.
Coaching sessions are generallly delivered in person or via telephone or Skype call and last one hour.
Sessions are confidential and take the form of a collaborative partnership.
Prior to commencing your coaching sessions, we will agree a written ‘contract’ which will set out the nature of the coaching you are committing to and also address issues related to confidentiality and payment and the number of sessions, which can be extended if required.
